我覺得這些海報很有幫本論壇宣傳的潛力。

事實上昨天就已經改成新版的了，只是技術問題沒有顯示新的版本，現在解決了。
我們來開一個漫畫跟海報的子版面如何？

還有，也謝謝MK大的幫忙寫html，不過，因為MK的版本我顯示不出來，所以，只好用我自己的二流作品。

There are 3 English sentences in hitachi’s poster:
"Don't be fooled. The NHI in Taiwan is a blood diamond. The whole system is based on betrayals and lies." If the Taiwanese general public are also the intended audience of this poster, it might be better to present these 3 sentences in Chinese: an all-Chinese poster would be easier for the Taiwanese audience to read.

On the other hand, when the indented audience are foreigners, I would love to know

1. “Don't be fooled.” ---> (by whom? about what?)

2. “The NHI in Taiwan is a blood diamond."
---> (What's NHI? The general public-- both foreign and Taiwanese-- have no idea. What's a blood diamond? Though I have some idea of a "blood diamond", some people probably don't, as CTSOPH mentioned.)

3. "The whole system is based on betrayals and lies."
--->(whose betrayals and lies, and to whom?)

My own re-interpretation of these three sentences is

Unlike the "miracle" that the media tell us about, Taiwan's exceptionally inexpensive National Health Insurance (NHI) is nothing but a "blood diamond"—a product of nationalised sweatshops of doctors and nurses. This whole NHI system has been built upon the government’s incessant betrayals (or “exploitation, “enslavement”? I personally like betrayals best, though) to health care professionals, and lies (or “propaganda”?) to the general public.

These sentences serve to elaborate a little more on the main slogans of hitachi’s poster (that is, the four Chinese phrases in red). A literal translation (with some modification) of the four Chinese phrases is

The Taiwanese Miracle of
"Sweatshop National Health Insurance”:
Its Exploitation of the Nation’s Doctors and Nurses
and Its Destructive Effects on the Nation's Public Health
