台中前縣長黃仲生在大陸換肝成功，昨天搭機返台，上千名鄉親到機場歡迎，大喊「縣長好」；黃仲生難掩激動說，「在這次手術中，感到生命除了長度外，也要延伸寬度跟深度」，他的太太林美華一旁不斷拭淚。
黃仲生縣長任內飽受C肝困擾，兩度前往烏克蘭接受治療，五都選舉太勞累，病情惡化，前往大陸天津第一中心醫院換肝，今年一月廿七日完成換肝手術，經過一個月休養，昨天搭乘中國民航班機，下午抵達清泉崗機場。
立委顏清標、楊瓊瓔、紀國棟與副議長林士昌等人都前往接機，黃仲生老家的梧棲鄉親發動前往，機場大廳掛滿「歡迎縣長黃仲生」紅布條，到處是人潮，航警出動維持秩序。
黃仲生脫下口罩致詞，引用廣告詞「肝如果是好的，人生才是彩色的」表達心境，希望在天之靈的父母可以看到他回來了。他感謝捐肝人讓他重生，體會人生可貴，會更加珍惜生命。黃仲生致詞時額頭不斷冒汗，顯示身體還很虛弱。陪同人員以他傷口未痊癒，要求大家不要跟他握手。
他的大兒子黃文宏眼眶泛紅說，父親出國時已經相當危急，為等適合移植的肝臟，又等了四十多天，健康狀況越來越差，全家陷入無助、徬徨，他每天打電話給父母加油打氣，也求神保佑，總算等到適合的肝臟進行移植。他說，家裡已準備過火香爐及豬腳麵線，希望今後都能萬事如意，以後他也會多陪父親。
黃仲生就醫的天津第一中心醫院，號稱是亞洲最大器官移植中心。黃仲生家人不願透露這次換肝所需費用，不過估計約在四百萬元以上

the illegal organ transplant business in Azerbaijan. The local and Ukrainian media reported that organ donors from
Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Uzbekistan and Russia sold their kidneys to transplant them to the clients in Israel. These
operations have been performed in Ecuador and Azerbaijan.

The Office of Attorney General claims that this information is not true. “However, the measures are taken to reveal
the illegal organ transplantation cases,” the report says. Azerbaijani laws (article 137 CC – forcing to
transplant body organs and tissues) envisages fine between 2,000 and 5,000 AZN and imprisonment between 3-4 years
(Turan).
