陸研究：納米材料損生殖系統

（中央社台北19日電）山東大學學者最近證實，納米材料對受試驗老鼠生殖系統有潛在危害，而目前人類在生活中使用愈來愈多的納米材料令人擔憂。


學者說，雖然人體有一定自我修復能力，但長期接觸者仍不能掉以輕心。


北京科技報報導，山東大學化學與化工學院教授閆兵及一組研究人員，從2005年開始關注納米材料的毒性，向白老鼠靜脈注射一種多壁碳納米管的水溶劑，15天內注射5次，白鼠睪丸就受到損壞，體內的活性氧含量也會增加，而過量的活性氧也會損傷人體組織。


閆兵說，不良影響在60天後會自動恢復，但經常與納米材料打交道仍需注意長期影響。


據報導，相關研究成果近日發表在英國的「自然納米技術」（Nature Nanotechnology）雜誌上，是目前國際上首次揭示納米材料對生殖系統潛在危害的研究。991019
