木鱉果（學名Momordica cochinchinensis）是一種草本植物，葫蘆科苦瓜屬，木鱉果的籽扁形有甲魚（鱉）的模樣，又像用木頭製成，所以被稱為木鱉果，果實橢球形外皮有軟刺，成熟時呈紅色，可食用也可入藥。它原產於越南以及週邊國家。
