至於是在「便民」與「圖利他人」之間行政官員是否有收賄、犯行，
這應該還是需要調查的。
一般民眾只能在旁喊 E04 ~

偽造也沒用
就算波資大看在錢的份上
開一個模寧兩可的醫院證明去害別國人民的健康
只要他們還是白紙黑字寫需補18個INTERNSHIP才能在那考照
那就是沒實習
因為只有波資南最清楚有沒有實習
而他們也只有對波蘭人民不會說謊

波蘭應該很想賺這種錢
700個台灣人獻上約兩億美金

想想以前的菲律賓還比較有良心
賺不太多

It's amusing to read this forum to know what Taiwan is like currently.
Around the world, most good medical schools outside USA have the so-called international classes. Most teach through English, and most graduates would go on to apply for residency either in US or British commonwealth countries like UK, AU, NZ, or even HK, Singapore. Only these Taiwanese agencies announce they would try to help Taiwanese to come back there for practice. With such low salary, poor life quality, and hatred respectfulness in Taiwan, why would any non-vegetative doctors wanna come back for practice if they can go somewhere else?
So apparently it's bcz these Po-po are simply incapable of taking care of the patients with quality. Taiwan, my poor motherland, becomes a landfill to accept these nobody-wants trashes, but you guys can't do anything, as you're also bitched by the global insurance system and the universal animosity from the general mass. There's no hope.
And dont bash those Polish med schools. I met a lot of them in US. They are a lot a lot better than Taiwan-trained doctors in terms on physical exam skills and clinical judgment calls. One of my professors here actually graduated from Poznan. But the difference is: They graduate from local class, and the Po-po graduates from international class.
